Peak weekends, holidays and special events may require a 2 night stay. One night reservations can sometimes be accommodated if there is a single night available. Group stays/Entire Home also available (30 day prior approval required - rates will be confirmed at time of reservation).

Maximum occupancy is 2 per Guest Suite and 2 per Guest Bedroom. Short term stays only (up to 7 days).

Seasonal: Rates subject to change.

All Suites/Bedrooms are fully furnished with quality linens and a King size bed well as a Futon. The Guest Bedrooms are also equipped with: Complimentary Wi-Fi, A ceiling fan, TV ( with complimentary Verizon Fios, Amazon Fire Stick and DVD Player ), a small refrigerator (with bottled water), hot pot kettle, iron and full size ironing board, chest, night stand, desk with lamp, a fire escape ladder and a fire extinguisher.

Guest Suites will be serviced/cleaned daily at Guest(s) request for short term stay Guests.

Venue Space-Plan an Event:

Angie's Private Guest Home accommodates social activities for up to 25 people.

The space includes: The Entire Guest Home, or First floor only, First floor with lower level, First floor with a lower level and front and backyards, or First floor and front and backyards.

* Available hours are from 10:00am-8:00pm ( not including bedrooms and suites). The rate is $300-400 per hour for a minimum of 2 hours and max of -4 hours. A free hour is included for set-up.

* Guests are required to bring their own food and drinks or arrange for a caterer.

* Guest to advise management how they want the space arranged. if changed, it must be returned to the state in which you found it.

* Guests can bring their own decorations. however, no decorations are allowed on the walls. Burning candles and flammable devices are not permitted.

* Guests are responsible for full clean up.

$4,000 per week (subject to change)

First Floor Venue (includes kitchen, dining room and sitting/parlor room)
