**We offer manual keys & rooms are available by stair case. Guest Suites/Guest Bedrooms are located on the second and third floors. The Guest Home is not wheel chair accessible**

For the safety of our Guest Home and the comfort of all of our Guests, smoking is not allowed inside or outside of the Guest Home premises. Guests are prohibited from burning candles and incense.

We love them both, but our insurance policy does not allow us to accept pets, and children under the age of 12.

Keys to Guest Bedrooms and to the Guest Home entrances- Both Front & Back Door, will be located in the reserved Guest Bedroom. Keys should be left in the Guest Bedroom upon Final Departure.
Cancellations

We Understand unforeseen circumstances may make it necessary for you to postpone or cancel your stay with us.
Any changes or cancellations must be made 72 hours prior to the intended stay. Failure to comply with this cancellation policy may result in a charge for the full amount of the stay as we are a small independent business and cancellations do affect us greatly.
****Failure to adhere to any of our policies will result in one or all of the following: cancellation of your stay, legal proceedings , forfeited fees and an assessment fee of $200.00 ****
Our Damage Claims and Rights:
The Management of Angie's Private Guest Home reserves the rights to terminate any reservations deemed necessary if the Guest becomes a bother to other Guests, Management or Staff Members, damage or destroy the property or any of the contents, fixture, fittings or furnishing within the Guest rooms or the Guest Home. Angie's Private Guest Home further reserves the rights to take further action deemed necessary to obtain the full cost and all legal fees & charges applied while processing the claims through the courts or any legal Agents acting on the behalf of Angie's Private Guest Home for such damages to the fixtures, fittings, furnishings or any other items belonging to the property, including theft - done or caused by the said Guests.

- We kindly ask that all Guests remove shoes once inside the Guest Home and that shoes are kept in provided plastic bags while inside the Guest Home.
- Quiet hours are observed before 9:00 a.m. and after 9:00 p.m.
- Please do not open doors for strangers. Management must be notified of any visitors.
- Please do not place luggage, bags and other outside items on the bed.
