• All Guests are equally entitled to all common areas of the Guest Home which includes: a fully furnished Kitchen, Tranquil Parlor , Dining Room, welcoming Front & Back Porches and The Parking lot.

The Parking lot holds up to 6 cars and Parking is not guaranteed but on a first come-first served basis. This is complimentary.

(please do not block drive-ways - you will be towed)
• Laundry facilities are also available on premises and is complimentary .
• Complimentary Amazon - Fire stick with Netflix and Verizon Fios TV and DVD players.

- Our Guest House is near Septa's public transportation stops: The Paoli/Thorndale Regional Line Train - Overbrook Station, G Bus and 65 Bus, - All within walking distance and just minutes from downtown Philadelphia, The Main Line, City Avenue, St. Joseph University, Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine, Lankenau Hospital, Great restaurants, supermarkets, mini-marts, shopping centers, Gyms and Other Places of Interests.
- We do not serve meals, but offer coffee, Tea, bottled water and snacks are available throughout the day. Guests are also welcome to bring their own cooked meals ( except pork) and with prior approval, make their own foods.
- Foods and snacks are to remain in the kitchen and dining room.
- A Copier and Printer (WI-FI) is also available on the premises. Arrangements must be made to receive or send faxes and for use of the printer.
- Complimentary House Phone available - located in the Kitchen area of the Guest Home (A ll local calls made within the United States are free, however, 411 calls and operator assistant calls will be billed to the individual Guest Room).
- Notarial Services available. Fees and Services are independent of the Guest Home.
- A personal guide is available during your stay ( This service is independent of the Guest Home) . Reservations for the personal guide is required72 hours prior to arrival.
